Activate your card.
Enter the code printed on your card. Activating binds it to your profile — and you can re-point it later without ever touching the card again.
Sign in first, or create an account. Activation binds the card to a profile, so it needs to know whose it is.
Where is the code? On the back of the card, under the link. It is twelve characters and avoids look-alike letters, so there is no ambiguity between zero and O.
It says the code is not valid. Check for a typo first. If it is right, the card may already be bound to another account — contact support and we will sort it out.
You can paste the whole link. If you tapped the card and copied the URL from your browser, paste that. We will pull the code out of it.
